After graduation, I went to the University of Akron & graduated, with a BS in Accounting, in May 1978. I passed the CPA exam in November 1978 & went to work in Cleveland for Deloitte & Touche, an international CPA firm.

I got married in 1979 to girl from Cleveland, but we divorced in 1980.

I accepted a transfer with Deloitte & Touche to Little Rock, Arkansas in December 1983.

Leaving Deloitte & Touche in December 1985, I went to work for Frank Fletcher Companies, Ltd. where I am the CFO. We are in a variety of businesses including car dealerships, hotels, restaurants, and real estate.

In 1987, I married a girl from Little Rock. She passed away from brain cancer, in May 2006.

I enjoy swimming, fishing, hiking, reading.

I have a place in the country, in the Northern part of Arkansas, where I can go as a retreat. This is a very quiet and secluded place with all types of wildlife, including deer, eagles, hawks, turkeys, bears and the normal rabbits, squirrels, raccoons, various birds, etc.

I have some thoroughbred race horses which race in various places including in Arkansas, Pennsylvania and West Virginia.

I received the Frank L. Simonetti Distinguished Alumni Award from the University of Akron in 2009.

I serve on the boards of 3 non-profit organizations, here in Arkansas.

Oh, and on September 11, 2011, Cissy Brown, from North Little Rock, & I were married at the MGM Grand Hotel in Las Vegas.
I am a happy man.
